How I work with clients…

The initial 30 minute consultation is free. You can ask any questions you might have about how I work and how we might work together. And I can get a clear sense of whether I can be helpful regarding your particular goals.

If we decide to work together, each session will be 60 minutes. All of my work is done online on Zoom. The frequency and total number of sessions depend on your particular goals and the work required for you to achieve them. I wish I could wave a magic wand and tell you that big changes will happen overnight. But meaningful changes just don’t happen that way. It will take some time.
